In this series of classes, we explore a variety of embodiment practices, including mindful movement, yin yoga, somatic movement, active yoga, meditation, breath work (pranayama), inquiry practices, and more, to strengthen resilience and nourish our deepest reserves.

Jennifer Raye

Licensed Chinese Medicine Practitioner & Mindful Yoga and Meditation Teacher Author of Wisdom of the Earth, Wisdom of the Body

Jennifer Raye holds a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed practitioner, acupuncturist, and herbalist. She is a long-time yoga and meditation teacher, holistic nutritionist, and published author specializing in somatic and therapeutic movement.

With nearly two decades of experience in integrative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness, Jennifer has worked with thousands of students and patients all over the world through her classes, retreats, teacher training and private medical practice. Her offerings are a rich synthesis of in-depth and long-term studies of anatomy, bodywork, therapeutic movement, Buddhist contemplative practices, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. Classes often blend self-care remedies and somatic movement with spiritual, philosophical, energetic, and anatomical teachings, encouraging depth, self-reflection, and holistic well-being.
