Join us for five therapeutic alignment yoga and meditation classes. During each session, we use various embodiment practices to release tension, build strength and flexibility, and calm the nervous system.
Practices are good for beginners, but also interesting and inspiring for more experienced practitioners. This immersion is open to all levels.
This Class Series Includes:
Each 90-minute class includes slow soft somatic movements to prepare the body, therapeutic active yoga, restorative postures, occasional breathwork and meditation.

Jennifer Raye

Jennifer Raye holds a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed practitioner, acupuncturist, and herbalist. She is a long-time yoga and meditation teacher, holistic nutritionist, and published author specializing in somatic and therapeutic movement.
With nearly two decades of experience in integrative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness, Jennifer has worked with thousands of students and patients all over the world through her classes, retreats, teacher training and private medical practice. Her offerings are a rich synthesis of in-depth and long-term studies of anatomy, bodywork, therapeutic movement, Buddhist contemplative practices, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. Classes often blend self-care remedies and somatic movement with spiritual, philosophical, energetic, and anatomical teachings, encouraging depth, self-reflection, and holistic well-being.
