These classes specifically focus on soft therapeutic movements on the floor, designed to support structural integration, healing in the tissues and joints, unwinding of tension and pain, and revitalization of the energy body. The slower nature of these movements also helps to deepen our mindfulness practice by giving space and time to explore the more subtle aspects of body, mind, and heart.

Classes are a gentle, accessible, and rich exploration of the body-mind for beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. This immersion is open to all levels.

Jennifer Raye holds a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed practitioner, acupuncturist, and herbalist. She is a long-time yoga and meditation teacher, holistic nutritionist, and published author specializing in somatic and therapeutic movement.

With nearly two decades of experience in integrative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness, Jennifer has worked with thousands of students and patients all over the world through her classes, retreats, teacher training and private medical practice. Her offerings are a rich synthesis of in-depth and long-term studies of anatomy, bodywork, therapeutic movement, Buddhist contemplative practices, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. Classes often blend self-care remedies and somatic movement with spiritual, philosophical, energetic, and anatomical teachings, encouraging depth, self-reflection, and holistic well-being.
