Meridians. Practice. Theory.
Do you want to add more depth and meaning to your yoga practice or teaching?
This course is an invitation to weave two powerful traditions together—the wisdom of Chinese medicine and yoga. You’ll discover how the elements, meridians, and organ systems can guide postures, sequencing, and self-care, and you’ll learn how to align your practice (and your teaching, if you’re a guide) so that it’s a method that feels deeply nourishing and attuned to the body-mind.
Join Jennifer Raye, published author, internationally recognized Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, herbalist and acupuncturist, and E-RYT 500 yoga and mindfulness teacher. Jennifer has been training teachers for well over a decade in combining yoga and Chinese Medicine principles.
