Earth-based wisdom, seasonal ritual, and movement medicine.
Practices, remedies, rituals, and reflections inspired by the natural world.
Living Seasons is a one-of-a-kind, year-long membership that takes you on a journey through six medicinal seasons. It integrates the Celtic and Pagan wheel of time, the lunar calendar of Chinese Medicine and Taoism, and the Ayurvedic cycle of ritus. Together, these traditions illuminate a deeper way of living with and relating to the tides of the year. We explore meaningful and unique Earth-based rituals and reflections, yoga, somatic movement, meditation, seasonal foods, cooking, kitchen herbalism, and many creative tools for personal growth and self-discovery.
The turning of the seasons isn’t just a backdrop to our lives, it’s a living guide. Each phase of the year carries its own medicine and teachings, inviting us to realign and live in harmony with nature’s rhythms.
Discover inspiration and practices that meet you where you are, whether you’re seeking balance, renewal, or a richer relationship with your body and mind.
This is more than a course. It’s a living practice and a supportive community—a way to attune your daily life to the magic of nature, deepen your self-care and healing, and root into a sense of belonging and insight that lasts all year long. Join us!

This year-long membership is open to all levels.
For this module, we explore rituals around winter solstice and Yule and the power of the water element in eastern systems like Taoism and Ayurveda. This is the season when we can access our deep potency and nourish bone and nerve tissue most effectively. We’ll explore somatic and restorative practices, self-led inquiries, and herbal remedies to support rejuvenation and rest at the deepest level.
This is a relatively short season, marking the obvious changes occurring as the days get a little longer. In this module, we’ll focus on the natural energies surrounding the earth-based holiday of Imbolc. According to Eastern systems, early spring is a time of rising Qi/Prana but also stagnancy—we’ll use foods, movement, rituals, and remedies to support good flow in body and mind.
We start this module with the spring equinox. The light is now returning – we’ll honour renewal by celebrating the earth-based holiday Beltane. Spring is a time of cleansing, growth, and creativity in Eastern systems. We’ll support the liver’s natural cleansing capabilities and use our practices and inquiries to nourish rasa – the life-giving juice of the body, according to Ayurveda.
During this season, we celebrate the summer solstice and the earth-based holiday Litha. Mid-summer brings joy and connection—we’ll use rituals and remedies to honour this light and playful energy. We’ll also explore food as medicine, herbal allies, and movement practices to temper and support fire and tejas in the body and mind.
In this final module, we will guide our journey using the harvest festival of Lughasadha or Lammas. The natural world is abundant right now! With all of this plentiful food from the earth, it’s time to ensure that our digestion is strong and our minds are balanced. We’ll use our practices and rituals to honour the earth and our place in it.
This module begins at the fall equinox, a time of equal light and darkness. We’ll also explore earth-based traditions surrounding Samhain. In Eastern systems like Taoism and Ayurveda, this is the time of metal, air, and ether. It’s a time to let go and surrender. We’ll explore practices, inquiries, rituals, and remedies to support our descent into the darker seasons to come.
