Seasonal Self Care for Winter

Movement, Mindfulness, and Earth Based Wisdom Traditions

The dark season of winter is a time to build our reserves and protect our potency.

As the natural world hibernates and turns quiet, we can also turn inward, slow down and become still. This season of deep receptivity is a time of opening to our inner potential. In Chinese medicine and Daoism, this is water element season.

This online course guides you through movement (yoga and gentle somatic work), meditation, inquiry practices, readings and poetry, nutrition, and herbal suggestions for the water element and winter.

Simple seasonal practices are a beautiful way to weave more intention and wellness into your life. Join us and nurture your self-care as we move through winter.
