Jennifer Raye

Jennifer Raye holds a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed practitioner, acupuncturist, and herbalist. She is a long-time yoga and meditation teacher, holistic nutritionist, and published author specializing in somatic and therapeutic movement.

With nearly two decades of experience in integrative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness, Jennifer has worked with thousands of students and patients all over the world through her classes, retreats, teacher training and private medical practice. Her offerings are a rich synthesis of in-depth and long-term studies of anatomy, bodywork, therapeutic movement, Buddhist contemplative practices, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. Classes often blend self-care remedies and somatic movement with spiritual, philosophical, energetic, and anatomical teachings, encouraging depth, self-reflection, and holistic well-being.

Yes! During the live version of the program Jennifer will offer 3 live online calls for personalized support, community connection, and discussion.

This course can be done with the group during the live program or at your own pace. Live attendance is not required and you are free to go through the program on your own if you wish. You will have 6 months to access and review all of the videos and practices after the course begins. The manual is also downloadable and printable to keep forever.

Live calls are held on the online video platform zoom. After sign up, you’ll be sent a link to join the calls. You do not need a zoom account to watch and join.

If you can’t make the live calls you can watch the replay recordings afterward.
