Mindfulness of Breath

Mindfulness of breathing is an excellent method to begin with because we can access the breath at any time. Plus, the breath can give us clues about our mental and physical state. In week 1, you'll receive guidance on setting up, along with guided meditations focused on breathing.

Mindfulness of Body

It only takes a few minutes every day to develop greater mindfulness. You don't have to escape on retreat or find some hidden sanctuary to practice. You can use mindfulness practices in your everyday life. In week 2, we continue our exploration with mindfulness exercises focused on the body.

Mindfulness of Mind

We live in an increasingly fast-paced, demanding, and distracted world. It's not always easy to be present, especially when a million other things are calling for your attention. This week, we deepen our practice by exploring the rich world of emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

Supporting the Heart

Mindfulness helps you develop awareness and return to the present moment, but it can also be a way to appreciate the world around you. In our final week, we examine how loving kindness practices help balance awareness and explore how to continue practicing beyond the course.

Jennifer Raye

Licensed Chinese Medicine Practitioner & Mindful Yoga and Meditation Teacher Author of Wisdom of the Earth, Wisdom of the Body

Jennifer Raye holds a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a licensed practitioner, acupuncturist, and herbalist. She is a long-time yoga and meditation teacher, holistic nutritionist, and published author specializing in somatic and therapeutic movement.

With nearly two decades of experience in integrative medicine, yoga, and mindfulness, Jennifer has worked with thousands of students and patients all over the world through her classes, retreats, teacher training and private medical practice. Her offerings are a rich synthesis of in-depth and long-term studies of anatomy, bodywork, therapeutic movement, Buddhist contemplative practices, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. Classes often blend self-care remedies and somatic movement with spiritual, philosophical, energetic, and anatomical teachings, encouraging depth, self-reflection, and holistic well-being.
